Find the Latest Greek Bible Project eSword Downloads Here (Updated 6-20-2026)
Welcome to the official Download Center for The Greek Bible Project. Project LXX, The Old Testament and Project TNT, The New Testament. Below you will find the links for what I have named The Greek Bible Project.
Important: Always check the module status and the date on This Blog Post for the latest updates and installation videos. Be sure to book mark this page as all future downloads will be provided on this page.
Module File Information
Modules with the .bbli file extension are e-Sword compatible Bible files. These will work on PC, MAC, iPhone and Android. iPhone and Android require purchase of eSword from the app stores. Modules with .cmti extension are commentary modules which will also work on PC, MAC, iPhone and Android.
- The Bible Module tab name is Greek Bible Project.
- The Greek analysis, Translation Notes, and Commentary are in a commentary file and the tab name is GBP Notes.
Note: The Bible and Commentary modules will display all the books including the Apocrypha in the Table of Contents. The only books that will display in the reading sections are the ones that I have completed. All others will say “Not available in this translation.”
The commentary module will work with any translation you use as long as the book is the same match for the module. Right now, Genesis, Ephesians, and Philippians are included in my modules.
Download Modules
The downloads are hosted by Google Drive and a share link is provided here. Simply click the link and somewhere you will see a button or link that will allow you to download the zip file which will contain both modules. You will need to unzip the files and load the modules into eSword. If you do not know how to do that, video tutorial links are provided below.
Installation and Compatibility
Both the .bbli and .cmti module files can be installed directly into the PC Program Files (x86) e-Sword folder. They can also be loaded into MAC, iOS, and Android devices (please refer to our how-to video for instructions).
IMPORTANT: Module Naming Convention
If you plan to install future modules from The Greek Bible Project, it is strongly recommended that you do not rename the modules. Simply allow the new modules to overwrite the existing modules. You don’t even need to close eSword and open again. Simply click on any other tab and then click back on the module tab to see the new additions.
